# Zelcar Games Creator Program (creators.zelcar.games)

> Affiliate / creator program for Zelcar Games titles, starting with Magic Fruit World (free-to-play, 100% ad-free 2D platformer for iPhone, Steam, Epic and Android). Creators get a personal code, links and QR codes; they earn a share of the NET revenue of the players they bring, for 6 months per player, paid weekly via PayPal.

## Rates and rules (v1.0, September 2026)
- Base of calculation: NET revenue = price paid by the player − store commission (Apple/Google 15–30%, Steam 30%, Epic 12%) − taxes withheld by the store − refunds/chargebacks. Never the sticker price.
- Tiers: Partner 30% from the first dollar. Elite 40% when the creator's referred players generated ≥ USD 3,000 net in the last 6 months. Recalculated monthly on the 1st; upgrades immediate; downgrades only after 3 consecutive months below threshold.
- Attribution window: 6 months from the player's first login with the creator's code/link. After that the player generates no commission. No lifetime tail.
- Launch bonus: 50% (any tier) on each referred player's first 30 days, for players whose first login is on or before 2026-11-30. Published budget for the bonus extra: USD 20,000.
- Cap: USD 100 of commission per referred player (window + bonus). Net above the cap still counts toward Elite. No cap on number of players.
- Payouts: weekly cuts on the 7th, 15th, 22nd and last day of the month. Each cut pays commission that cleared a 60-day refund hold and totals ≥ USD 50 (otherwise it rolls over). PayPal Payouts; Trolley/Tipalti at scale. Tax form required (W-9 US, W-8BEN others).
- Eligibility: 18+, ≥ 1,000 followers on one network (TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Twitch), account ≥ 90 days old with ≥ 5 posts in 90 days, family-friendly content. Automatic verification, instant code. One creator identity per person.
- Prohibited: self-referrals, fake accounts, incentivized installs, bought followers, brand-keyword bidding, coupon-site promotion, multi-level schemes. Codes invalid in Belgium and the Netherlands. #ad disclosure required.
- Player gift: each player who joins with a creator code gets 10 Magic Fruits (general) + a "Friend of <creator>" badge in the game.
- Ranking: public top 100 worldwide and per region (players brought in, no money), boards open only when there are enough creators; opt-out.
- Transparency: statements list every transaction of referred players (anonymous id, date, store, country, product, gross, store fee and %, tax, refund, net, rate, commission, clearing date). Public page: /how-we-calculate.html
