net = price paid − store commission − taxes withheld by the store − refunds/chargebacks
commission = min( net × your rate , remaining cap for that player )
your rate = 50% for the player's first 30 days if they joined by Nov 30, 2026 (launch bonus)
otherwise 30% (Partner) or 40% (Elite)
Every line in your statement shows each of those numbers separately. Nothing is netted or “adjusted” without being itemized.
| Store | Commission | Notes |
|---|---|---|
| Apple App Store | 15% or 30% | 15% under the App Store Small Business Program (enrolled Sep 2026, applies once approved); 30% otherwise. Subscriptions after the first year: 15%. |
| Google Play | 15% or 30% | 15% on the first USD 1M/year; subscriptions 15%. |
| Steam | 30% | Valve also withholds US tax on US sales for our entity (shown in the tax column). |
| Epic Games Store | 12% |
The exact percentage applied to each transaction is what the store's financial report says for that sale — that is the number you see, not a table average.
Some stores withhold VAT/GST or income tax before paying us (for example, US withholding on Steam sales, or digital-services taxes in some countries). Those amounts appear in the “Tax” column and reduce net. We never add taxes that the store didn't deduct.
If a player's purchase is refunded or charged back, the transaction shows a negative refund equal to the sale, its net becomes zero and the commission is reversed. If we had already paid you for it, the reversal is deducted from your next payout. This is why every sale clears only after a 60-day hold.
A player is attributed to you when they first log in with your code or link. From that day, everything they spend for 6 months counts. On day 181 they stop generating commission for you. The window is per player; players who join later have their own window.
Total commission from one referred player — window and launch bonus included — is capped at USD 100. Net above the cap still counts toward your Elite threshold. There is no cap on the number of players or on your total earnings.
Partner 30% from the first dollar. Elite 40% when the net generated by your referred players (inside their windows) in the last 6 calendar months is USD 3,000 or more. Recalculated on the 1st of each month. Upgrades apply immediately to all your players; downgrades only after 3 consecutive months below the threshold, never retroactively.
For players whose first login is on or before Oct 31, 2026, the rate on their first 30 days is 50% regardless of tier. The extra (50% minus your tier rate) is paid from a published budget of USD 20,000. If the budget is exhausted we announce it and the bonus stops for net generated after the announcement.
Cuts on the 7th, 15th, 22nd and last day of each month. Each cut pays the commission that has cleared the 60-day hold and totals USD 50 or more. Below USD 50 it rolls over. Advances (for anchor creators) are recovered from commission before anything is paid.
You have 30 days from a statement to dispute a line; we answer with the store report for that transaction. Elite creators may request one independent accountant review per year; if an error above 5% is found we pay the difference and the review.
