Privacy Policy — Creator Program

1. What we collect

• Account: email, display name, sign-in provider id (Google, Apple or email link via Firebase Authentication).
• Channel: the social handles you give us, public follower counts, account age and content category we read from the platform's public page or API when you verify.
• Program data: your codes and links, clicks on your links (timestamp, country, device type, referrer, language — no names), installs and purchases attributed to you by our game backend (anonymous player ids only), commission calculations, statements.
• Payout and tax: PayPal email; tax forms (W-9 / W-8BEN) are collected and stored by our payout provider, not on this site.
• Agreement evidence: the version and hash of the text you accepted, date (UTC), IP address and browser string.
• Technical: standard server logs and anonymous analytics (page views). No advertising trackers on the portal.

2. What we do with it

• Run the program: attribute players, calculate and pay commissions, show you statements and rankings.
• Prevent fraud: detect self-referrals, duplicate accounts and fake traffic.
• Comply with law: tax reporting, accounting records, responding to lawful requests.
• Contact you about the program (new material, payouts, rule changes). No third-party marketing.

3. What we never do

• We do not sell your data.
• We do not share your earnings publicly. The ranking shows only your display name, handle and number of players, and only if you opt in.
• We do not identify your referred players to you: statements show anonymous ids.

4. Who else sees it

Google (Firebase Hosting, Authentication, Firestore, Analytics) as our infrastructure provider; PayPal (and later Trolley/Tipalti) to pay you and handle tax forms; AppsFlyer for install attribution; our game backend provider. All under data-processing agreements. Data may be processed in the United States.

5. How long

Account and program data: while your account is active and 7 years after your last payout (tax and accounting law). Click logs: 24 months. Agreement evidence: 7 years after the agreement ends.

6. Your rights

Access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing, by writing to creators@zelcar.games. EU/UK residents have the rights in the GDPR; California residents those in the CCPA/CPRA. We answer within 30 days. Deleting your account ends the program for you; we keep only what the law requires.

7. Cookies

Only strictly necessary cookies/local storage: your session, language and preferences. No consent banner is needed for those; analytics are anonymous.

8. Children

The Creator Program is for adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect data from minors on this site.

9. Changes

We will post changes here and email you 30 days before material changes take effect.
